A little stitcher's folklore: an old English rhyme goes "if you wish to live and thrive, let a spider run alive" — spiders were said to weave money and good luck into the home. Stitchers say a spider on its crystal web catches good fortune for the whole house.

Kit includes: natural art canvas pre-printed with the design, over 2,660 Preciosa Ornela Czech glass beads in 9 colours, Japanese beading needles, beading thread, and instructions with a printed colour key. Frame not included.

Each bead is sewn onto its colour-marked spot on the printed canvas. Bead the spider first, then the web and fronds.
