Questions about shipping

1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping destinations:

We ship both locally and worldwide.

Shipping times:

Local US orders take 5-7 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1-3 business days.

International orders take longer due to Covid-19 and air parcel delivery disruptions.

Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

We offer free US shipping on orders over 20$. *exceptions apply on certain product categories.

For orders bellow 20$ we charge flat 4$ shipping.

All US orders come with free shipping and free shipping to Canada for orders over 80$ with code Ship-Canada.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. The shipping fee may vary depending on your location. For your convenience, starting from September 9th 2024, international orders will be duty and tax prepaid. You should not get hidden fees. Duty will be calculated together with your shipping costs at the checkout. Enjoy our amazing assortment of products with affordable delivery costs at your door step.

3. Can I amend my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change your order. We usually ship orders out within two (2) working days, so we cannot guarantee any changes. It is your responsibility to ensure you check-out the correct items and that the shipping address you specified is correct.

4. I never got my order, what to do?

Please make sure you tracked your order from our Tracking page. If you still haven't received the order, please send us a message.

Product Questions

1. I have received your kit, thank you! Where do I start?

Diamond painting is an exciting hobby and it is very easy to start. For more guidance, please check out Blogger videos, as they assemble and talk about our kits. We also prepared a detailed instruction online.

2. I love the cross stitch kits that you have. Do you sell just the pdf patterns?

We don't sell patterns and only available option is cross stitch kit, neither any specific design is available as the pattern from other places. So even if you see a sales listing of PDF version from particular kit, manufacturer haven't received anything from the seller and it is piracy chart. We do this, that cross stitch manufacturers can protect their intellectual property and insure quality with predictable colors and materials.We also have free charts section on our website.

3. What kind of rhinestones do your diamond painting kits contain?

We use only square stones 2.5 x 2.5 mm. They help achieve a better final effect of the picture with light reflection and there are no glue marks between the stones. Some of our kits also include pearl rhinestones, which makes the picture even more appealing, as they highlight certain parts of the picture.

4. Do you have washing and ironing instructions for cross stitch kits or hand dyed canvas?

We suggest that you first carefully read the instructions that came with the kit as they might contain specific washing recommendations. If not, you can wash your cross-stitch with a non-chlorine detergent, for example, dishwashing liquid. If your piece is stitched with high-quality floss, you can carefully wash it with a washing powder suitable for colored clothes. For more suggestions, please read following article.

5. How long will it take to complete my diamond painting kit?

It really depends, which kit you are holding in your hands (Wizardi Wood or Wizardi diamond painting), the kit size and your experience. Small charms / ornaments can be completed in 40-120 minutes. Large diamond painting kits 50x40 cm can take multiple weeks. Our diamond painting kits contain square stones and all kits full completion (not partial). This makes the process longer. We hope you enjoy making our kit! :)

6. I started making your kit, however I run out of threads/beads/rhinestones. What can I do?

Our manufacturers provide threads and beads in excess, so even if you run out or your cat damaged them you should still be able to finish the project. However, if you still more, please send us a message at sales@wizardicraft.com and we will ship you a replacement.

Exchange and Return

1. Can I get return your product for a refund?

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 2-week Return & Exchange Policy:

If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.

Timing: we have a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.

To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For returns, please email sales@wizardicraft.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
