Shipping policy

Our company runs a warehouse in Hopkins, Minnesota.

We ship items as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 1-2 business days to allow for processing time. 

Local US orders take 5-7 business days to be delivered to you.

Shipping cost:

We offer free US shipping on orders over 20$. *exceptions apply on certain product categories.

For orders bellow 20$ we charge flat 4$ shipping.

All US orders come with free shipping and free shipping to Canada for orders over 80$ with code Ship-Canada.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you placed it. If you don't receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it.  This is especially important because, if you haven't received order confirmation email, you also won't receive the email with shipment notification and tracking email. 

We offer International delivery for customers outside US.
