Felt Pugdog with this Charivna Mit needle felting kit — a fawn-colored pug puppy standing alert, its wrinkled brow, black muzzle, and round dark eyes giving it a curious, endearing expression.

Why this canvas: the printed design gives stitchers a clear visual guide; the canvas-only format lets crafters choose their preferred thread palette; the finished project works well as decorative handmade wall art.

Kit includes: instructions, color scheme, New Zealand Ashford wool in 3 colors, Preciosa Ornela beads (Czech Republic), chenille wire, and felting tips (2 pieces). Made in Ukraine.

Half-stitch needlepoint is worked directly on the printed canvas, following the color areas and building the design with diagonal stitches until the full motif is covered.

    As a first time needle felter I found this kit a tad intimidating. Then I read instructions from another, simpler project and instantly the pug made sense. The instructions are perfectly adequate if you know what you're looking at, but I didn't.? The materials are decent and everything is included as described. I'm sure once I practice on a couple simpler projects this will turn out to be exactly the adorable gift I mean it to be. I'd buy another from this vendor.
