Snowboarder Christmas Wooden Nutcracker 15 in by Wizardi F07M14-42-N01826B

Hit the slopes with the Snowboarder, a wooden Christmas nutcracker by Wizardi — a laid-back rider in a striped blue, teal and pink beanie with a pompom, silver ski goggles and a shaggy white beard. His teal, navy and red striped jacket sits over a hot-pink belt, one leg in pink and one in black, and he carries a blue snowboard painted with snowflakes, standing on a white base like fresh snow.

A little collector's folklore: in mountain towns, the first snowfall of December is called the Christmas powder, and collectors say a snowboarder on the mantel brings a white Christmas with him. Put him by the window and watch the forecast.

Why this nutcracker: if Christmas in your family means ski trips, snow days or a cabin in the mountains, he is the perfect fun twist on the classic soldier. His bright teal and pink colours feel fresh and modern, and at 15 inches he makes a great statement on a lodge mantel or teenager’s shelf.

In the box: one Snowboarder nutcracker in painted wood with a white faux-fur beard and hair and a fixed snowboard, packed in a red gift box with a window. A decorative nutcracker, not intended for cracking nuts. Ready to display, no assembly needed.

Pair him with the Skier (F07M14-42-N01826A) for a winter-sports duo, or stand him among snowflake ornaments, pine cones and faux snow on a cabin-style mantel. Dust with a soft, dry brush and keep away from moisture and heat. A decoration, not a toy.

Size: 38 cm tall (15 in). Ski lodge and cabin Christmas decor, and a fun gift for snowboarders, skiers and winter-sports fans.
