Worked with over 13,810 Preciosa Ornela Czech glass beads in 22 colours, plus Preciosa microbeads for fine detail.

A little stitcher's folklore: the owl was the bird of Athena, goddess of wisdom, and owls were believed to see what others cannot, by day or night. Stitchers say this oracle owl brings wisdom and balance to every decision.

Kit includes: natural art canvas pre-printed with the design, over 13,810 Preciosa Ornela Czech glass beads in 22 colours, Preciosa No. 13 microbeads with a microbead needle, a Japanese beading needle, a numbered key chart, and instructions in 8 languages. Beading thread, frame and hoop are not included.

Each bead is sewn onto its colour-marked spot on the printed canvas. Bead the owl first, then the sun, moon, stars and forest below.
