Stitch Easter Bunnies, a plastic canvas cross stitch kit by Orchidea — four patterned bunnies, one leaping, decorated with flowers and bows.

A little stitcher's folklore: rabbits and hares have been symbols of spring and new life since ancient times.

Why this kit: stitching on white plastic canvas means no hoop and no finishing, and each piece keeps its shape, ready to hang.

Kit includes: white plastic canvas, DMC 6-strand cotton floss in 22 colours, a chart, instructions and a needle to make four ornaments. Stitch used: cross stitch. No hoop or frame is needed, as plastic canvas holds its shape.

Stitch each design on the plastic canvas, then trim around the edge and add a loop of thread for hanging.

The four ornaments measure 7×9.5, 8×9, 9.5×15 and 13.5×9 cm (2.8×3.7, 3.1×3.5, 3.7×5.9 and 5.3×3.5 in). Fun decorations for an Easter tree.
