Stitch Sleeping Puppies, a wooden cross stitch magnet kit by RTO — two puppies, one tan and one black and white, curl up fast asleep together on a red blanket. You stitch straight through the pre-drilled holes of a puppy-shaped plywood form, using 11 colours of DMC stranded cotton.

A little stitcher's folklore: dog lovers say two puppies sleeping side by side bring a calm, happy home. Stitchers say this pair keeps the kitchen peaceful.

Why this kit: if you want a quick, fun project with a useful result, this magnet kit is perfect — no fabric, no hoop and no framing. A great first kit for kids and adults, and a sweet gift for dog lovers.

Kit includes: a perforated plywood shape with pre-drilled stitching holes, DMC stranded cotton in 11 colours, a needle, magnetic tape, a colour chart and instructions. No fabric or hoop needed.

Follow the colour chart and stitch through the holes in the wooden shape, starting with the puppies' faces. When finished, add the magnetic tape to the back and put it on the fridge.

Finished size: 10×6.5 cm (3.94×2.56 in). A cute fridge magnet and a fun handmade gift for dog lovers.
