Create Pleasant moment with this Charivna Mit needle felting kit — a dreamy sunset meadow of dried wildflower stems and seed heads built up in soft pink, gold, and violet wool, with fine metallic threads tracing dewy spiderweb strands across the scene.
Why this kit: the felt pieces create a soft dimensional finish; the templates and stitch guide make the project approachable; the finished ornament or hoop art is easy to display or give as a handmade gift.
Kit includes: instructions, color scheme, New Zealand Ashford wool in 14 colors, metallic floss, Preciosa Ornela beads in 3 colors, a felt base, an additional felt piece, and 2 embroidery accent pieces. Made in Ukraine.
Needle felting is worked by layering small tufts of wool onto the felt base and repeatedly poking them with a barbed felting needle, blending the fibers to shade the sky and grasses much like painting with wool. Work section by section — the sky, mountains, and meadow stems — following the included pattern, then add the metallic web threads and beaded dewdrops before framing the piece as wall art.
Finished size: 24x17.5 cm (9.45x6.89 in). A relaxing wool-painting project and an atmospheric piece of handmade wall art for a nature or landscape lover.
