Flower Forest Concert DIY Book Nook Kit 9 in by Wizardi F07M5-60-KC01

A woodland concert hall grows inside a tall lavender book nook: wooden tree-hollow stages are hung with paper flowers, golden leaves and little lanterns, flower fairies play a piano, a harp and a violin on different levels, a stage curtain frames the top, and mushrooms and blossoms fill every corner. The cover panel is illustrated with dancing fairies and wildflowers, and a clear dust cover slides on top.

A little crafter's folklore: in fairy lore, the forest only holds a concert on nights when the flowers are in full bloom, and miniaturists like to switch on the lanterns to start the music.

Why this kit: if you love fairies and music, this nook is a dreamy, golden-lit scene with a beautiful illustrated cover and a dust cover.

In the box: laser-cut wooden sheets for the book nook case and the multi-level scene, printed figures, signs and side-panel artwork, tiny props, an LED light with a touch switch and battery box, and an illustrated instruction manual. Not included: batteries, glue and small tools such as tweezers.

Part of the Wizardi storybook book nook series in the same tall upright case, made to stand between your books like a lit volume of its own, so shops, homes and fantasy rooms line up on one shelf. Build tip: build the scene floor by floor from the bottom up, route the light wire as you go and test the touch switch before closing the side panels, then add the roof details last. Pair it with the Elven Paradise and The Secret Rhythm book nooks.

Size: 11 x 18 x 23 cm (4.3 x 7.1 x 9.1 in). A statement bookshelf insert that glows between your books at night, and a memorable gift for readers. Recommended for ages 14 and up.
