Cat Loft House DIY Miniature House Kit 14 in by Wizardi F07AM7-32-8013

A two-storey loft house with a roof terrace: upstairs, a pink mezzanine bedroom with a cat-face bed reached by a wooden staircase; downstairs, a kitchen with a red coffee machine and hanging pans, a dining table with tulips, an orange sofa and a purple coffee table; and on the roof, a hanging swing chair, flowers and a little tea table. Kittens and a penguin plush are tucked into every floor.

A little crafter's folklore: cat owners say a house only becomes a home when the cat chooses its favourite spot, and here the kittens have claimed the swing.

Why this kit: if you want a bigger project, this loft has three levels of detail and 197 pieces, with two lights that make both floors glow at night.

In the box: pre-cut parts for the two-storey shell, staircase, terrace railings and furniture, printed sheets for the wall art and signs, tiny accessories, two LED light units with a push switch, and an illustrated instruction manual. Not included: batteries for the lights and tools such as tweezers.

Part of a loft house series with matching size and style. Pair it with the Loft Beauty Salon and Book Cafe Loft houses. Build tip: build the ground floor first, then the staircase and mezzanine, add the roof terrace railings, and fit the two lights before the furniture so the wires stay hidden.

Size: 22 x 16.5 x 36 cm (8.7 x 6.5 x 14.2 in), 1:36 scale, 197 pieces. A statement shelf display, and a gift for cat lovers and keen builders. Recommended for ages 14 and up.
