A little stitcher's folklore: Renoir liked to paint flowers to practise colour, saying it rested his mind.

Why this canvas: a reproduction of Pierre-Auguste Renoir's artwork printed in full colour on Zweigart canvas, so you can recreate the painting stitch by stitch in the threads of your choice.

Canvas includes: 100% cotton Zweigart 10-count canvas (40 holes per 10 cm) printed with the design in 26 colours, with the colour key printed on the canvas and a thread list for DMC, Anchor and Ariadna. Stitch used: half stitch. Threads, needle and frame are not included.

Work half stitch over the printed colours, matching each area to the colour key, starting with the darkest shades.

Canvas size: 24×30 cm (9.4×11.8 in). A famous masterpiece to stitch for your wall.
