Stitch Lady with Fan, a printed needlepoint canvas by Orchidea — a lady with a fan and a bright kimono is surrounded by birds and flowers on a golden background.

A little stitcher's folklore: Lady with Fan was one of the last portraits Klimt painted, in 1917 and 1918.

Why this canvas: a reproduction of Gustav Klimt's artwork printed in full colour on Zweigart canvas, so you can recreate the painting stitch by stitch in the threads of your choice.

Canvas includes: 100% cotton Zweigart 10-count canvas (40 holes per 10 cm) printed with the design in 32 colours, with the colour key printed on the canvas and a thread list for DMC, Anchor and Ariadna. Stitch used: half stitch. Threads, needle and frame are not included.

Work half stitch over the printed colours, matching each area to the colour key, starting with the darkest shades.

Canvas size: 40×40 cm (15.7×15.7 in). A famous masterpiece to stitch for your wall.
