Stitch Black Eyed Susans, a printed needlepoint canvas by Orchidea — yellow black-eyed Susans and white daisies fill a blue and white vase.

A little stitcher's folklore: the black-eyed Susan is the state flower of Maryland.

Why this canvas: the full-colour print shows exactly where each shade goes, so there is no chart to count and you can simply relax and stitch.

Canvas includes: 100% cotton Zweigart 10-count canvas (40 holes per 10 cm) printed with the design in 23 colours, with the colour key printed on the canvas and a thread list for DMC, Anchor and Ariadna. Stitch used: half stitch. Threads, needle and frame are not included.

Work half stitch over the printed colours, matching each area to the colour key, starting with the darkest shades.

Canvas size: 40×50 cm (15.7×19.7 in). A sunny piece for a kitchen.
