Finish your cushion with this ecru cushion back with zip by Orchidea — an ecru fabric back with the zip already sewn in.

A little stitcher's folklore: the zip was patented as the separable fastener by Gideon Sundback in 1917.

Why this cushion back: it is sized for Orchidea's 40×40 cm cushion kits and the zip is already fitted, so you only need to sew the two layers together.

Includes: one ecru fabric cushion back with a zip. The cushion front and pad are not included.

Trim the cushion back to match your stitched front, sew the two together right sides facing, then turn through the open zip.

Size: 44×44 cm (17.3×17.3 in) before trimming, to fit 40×40 cm cushion kits. An easy way to finish a stitched cushion.
