A little stitcher's folklore: roe deer fawns lie hidden in long grass for their first weeks while their mother feeds nearby.

Why this kit: a printed canvas and chunky acrylic yarn make it quick to stitch, and the finished front fits a standard 40 cm cushion pad.

Kit includes: Zweigart canvas printed with the design, 100% acrylic yarn in 16 colours, a chart, instructions and a needle. Stitch used: cross stitch. The cushion back and pad are not included; a matching cushion back with a zip (9000) is sold separately.

Stitch the design in cross stitch following the printed colours, then make it up into a cushion cover with a back of your choice.

Finished size: 40×40 cm (15.7×15.7 in). A gentle cushion for a nature lover.
