Canvas includes: genuine Zweigart 10ct cotton canvas (40 holes/10 cm) pre-printed with the full design for half cross stitch, plus a complete thread reference list covering four DMC thread types — DMC Mouliné, DMC Colbert Wool, DMC Retors Cotton, and DMC Pearl Cotton. Thread, needle, and finishing materials are not included and must be purchased separately.

With the coastal scene already printed on the canvas as a color guide, the stitcher works a single diagonal half cross stitch over each printed square in the shade shown, using the included DMC list to match the whitewashed walls, the blue dome, the sea, and the geraniums.

Finished, the canvas measures 25 x 60 cm (9.84 x 23.62 in); its narrow, elongated format suits a framed vertical wall picture rather than a rug, well suited to a coastal or Mediterranean-themed display.
