A standing witch doll with long orange yarn hair, a navy pointed hat with a red band and gold star, a purple coat with gold buttons, a red skirt, a bead necklace, and a broom with orange yarn bristles.

Why this kit: acrylic yarn for the hair and broom bristles gives the doll texture and personality; a 22.5 cm figure that stands on a shelf or hangs as a Halloween decoration; all the felt, floss, beads, and filling come in the kit along with sewing instructions.

Kit includes: felt, cotton floss, acrylic yarn, Preciosa beads, a Pony needle, hollowfiber filling, and instructions. Finished size: 11x22.5 cm (4.33x8.86 in). Made in Ukraine.

Following the instructions, the felt pieces are cut out, decorated with embroidery stitches and beads, then joined with neat edge stitching and stuffed with the hollowfiber filling to give the finished piece its soft, rounded shape.

A seasonal project for crafters who enjoy making dolls, and a fun handmade Halloween gift.
