Stitch Among Silver Dandelions, a counted cross stitch kit by RTO — a tall brown hare with long ears sits up among silvery dandelion clocks and slender grasses, watching the seeds drift away on the wind. Worked in 24 colours of DMC stranded cotton on fine white Linda evenweave.

A little stitcher's folklore: the hare is a symbol of spring, luck and moonlit magic, and blowing a dandelion clock sends a wish into the wind. Stitchers say this hare is keeping watch over all your wishes.

Why this kit: if you love hares and gentle, whimsical nature designs, this is an elegant, rewarding stitch. A beautiful gift for nature lovers and a lovely Easter or spring present.

Kit includes: white Zweigart Linda evenweave (100% cotton), DMC stranded cotton in 24 colours, a needle, a colour symbol chart and instructions. A frame and hoop are not included.

Start with the hare's eye and ears, then build up the warm browns of its coat. Finish with the silver dandelion clocks and drifting seeds.

Finished size: 15.5×20.5 cm (6.1×8.07 in). A whimsical hare picture to frame and a beautiful handmade gift.
