Stitch Autumn, a counted cross stitch kit by RTO — a watercolour street in an old town, with a slender church spire rising behind golden and russet trees and bright orange lilies glowing in the foreground. Worked in 52 colours of DMC stranded cotton on beige Aida.

A little stitcher's folklore: catching a falling autumn leaf was said to bring a day of good luck for every leaf caught. Stitchers say this street is full of them.

Kit includes: 14-count beige Zweigart Aida (100% cotton), DMC stranded cotton in 52 colours, a needle, a colour symbol chart and instructions. A frame and hoop are not included.

Start with the church spire and buildings, then the golden trees. Finish with the orange flowers and the soft watercolour washes.

Finished size: 20.5×27 cm (8.07×10.63 in). A golden autumn picture to frame and a beautiful handmade gift.
