The Chaffinch universal sofa and table embroidery stand holds a 35x48 cm (13.7x18.9 in) frame, supplied with tapestry hoops. The frame rotates 360 for easy access to the back of the canvas during stitching. Polished wooden surfaces are smooth to the touch; canvas attaches with plastic clips; wooden wing nuts tighten by hand. Assembles without any additional tools. I love this tabletop/laptop scroll frame! I had tried one before by a different brand but this one is so much nicer. It's much easier to adjust and works well for when I'm sitting on the couch cross stitching
