A little stitcher's folklore: nasturtium leaves and flowers are edible and taste peppery, like watercress.

Why this canvas: you choose the thread, so you can work it in tapestry wool for a traditional look or in cotton floss for a finer finish.

Canvas includes: 100% cotton Zweigart 10-count canvas (40 holes per 10 cm) printed with the design in 14 colours, with the colour key printed on the canvas and a thread list for DMC, Anchor and Ariadna. Stitch used: half stitch. Threads, needle and frame are not included.

Work half stitch over the printed colours, matching each area to the colour key, starting with the darkest shades.

Canvas size: 15×15 cm (5.9×5.9 in). A warm floral piece for a kitchen.
