Why this kit: Perforated artificial leather blanks make a durable, flexible case that protects scissor blades without adding bulk; Plywood core gives the finished case structure so it holds its shape and keeps scissors secure; 100% cotton mouline thread and assembly thread both included — nothing extra required to complete the project.

Kit includes: perforated blanks of artificial leather (3 pieces); plywood blank; a needle; mouline thread (100% cotton); thread for stitching parts; instruction and embroidery scheme.

Thread is worked through the artificial leather blanks following the embroidery scheme, then the front, back, and structural pieces are assembled to produce a sturdy, finished case.

Finished size: 6.5 × 15.5 cm/2.56" × 6.1"in. Designed for scissors 10-13 cm long. Uses 6 colors. The finished case slides easily into any project bag and makes a thoughtful handmade gift for a fellow stitcher.
