Adjustable Legged Embroidery Stand. Nurge adjustable wooden embroidery floor stands are made from hard beechwood, finely sanded and polished for a super smooth natural wood finish. These products are the crafters‚a choice, they have a worldwide appreciation for quality.
The floor embroidery stand allows easy embroidering using both hands. It is designed so that you can have the base in any position giving you more working space on your tabletop or from the floor.
It will fully extend out to almost 1 metre (96cm) and has 4 non-slip feet on the base. The Stand can also be used whilst sitting in your armchair by positioning the base of the stand on the floor with the extension arms coming up between your legs and you can position your feet comfortably on the generous sized base which measures 36cm x 36cm (14 in x 14 in)
The stand has 5 adjustable joints plus the final hoop holding knuckle joint that will pivot to any angle so that you can find the optimum height, distance and angle depending on your hoop size for maximum comfort whilst creating your next masterpiece!
The stand will hold any size hoop diameter ~ Typically 100mm to 310mm and hoops up to and including 16mm deep.
The stand is also good for holding tapestry frames up to 75cm (30 in).

Shipping was fast. The stand is very sturdy, and the joints are easily tightened and remain stable. I removed one star because the clamp does not have a wide enoigh surface to hold the hoop firmly. I have to use a piece of rubber shelf liner between the screw and hoop to ensure a tight hold on the hoop. A wide, secure clamp would earn this a full 5 stars.\n\n4/27/2026. EDIT. \n\nThese are quality stands at affordable prices. I originally purchased the floor stand, which was a big help to me with my embroidery, but I had issues with it not being able to rotate the hoop to the back side. I bought the table stand (for parts) with the fully functional clamp, which rotates 360 to the back for tying off threads and used the parts to reassemble the floor stand with a rotating hoop clamp.
