Black Cat presents a black cat with striking yellow eyes inside an ornate gothic circular frame, surrounded by deep red roses and holly leaves against a shadowed background, as a wooden jigsaw puzzle. The box shows a 5A Challenger difficulty and A3 size.

Why this kit: laser-cut wooden pieces interlock securely, holding the dark, detailed composition together as it is assembled; whimsy-shaped pieces are mixed into the standard interlocking cuts among the roses and ornamental scrollwork; a matt finish on the printed wood stock keeps the deep shadows and the cat's amber eye well contrasted.
