Strawberry Cake Baker Christmas Wooden Nutcracker 15 in by Wizardi F07M14-41-N01058B

Serve up something special with the Strawberry Cake Baker, a wooden Christmas nutcracker by Wizardi — a pastry chef in a tall white chef's hat with a red band, black hair and a full black beard, and a navy jacket with white stripes and silver buttons. He holds a pink strawberry layer cake and a red-and-white peppermint lollipop, with blue trousers and black boots dotted with peppermints on a red base edged in white.

A little collector's folklore: a beautifully decorated cake has been the centrepiece of Christmas tables for centuries, and collectors say this baker saves the first slice for Santa.

Why this nutcracker: if you love baking or a sweet-treat Christmas, the cake and lollipop make him a fun piece for a kitchen, dessert table or bakery. His dark hair and beard set him apart, and at 15 inches he stands out on a counter or mantel.

In the box: one Strawberry Cake Baker nutcracker in painted wood with black faux-fur hair and beard, packed in a red gift box with a window. A decorative nutcracker, not intended for cracking nuts. Ready to display, no assembly needed.

Collect the rest of the bakery series — the Christmas tree, cocoa and gingerbread house bakers (F07M14-41-N01058A, C and D). Dust with a soft, dry brush and keep away from moisture and heat. A decoration, not a toy.

Size: 38 cm tall (15 in). Christmas kitchen and dessert table decor, and a sweet gift for bakers and cake lovers.
