This Timeless Words Designer Printed AIDA fabric brings an all-over wash of faded cursive script in soft gray and taupe ink to Aida 16 canvas — a vintage-letter look ready to embroider over.
Why this canvas: the pre-printed script background skips flat white fabric and adds instant character; the machine-washable print, made in Ukraine, won't fade with handling; the dense but soft-toned pattern leaves plenty of room for a stitcher's own floss palette or motif.
This canvas includes: Aida 16 fabric with the Timeless Words print applied. Thread, needle, and stitch chart are not included, so bring your own materials and design.
Because there is no counted chart, the printed background works as a color base — stitch a freeform or your own charted design directly onto the Aida grid, choosing embroidery floss shades that complement or contrast with the soft gray and taupe script wash already on the fabric.
Finished size: 40 x 30 cm (15.75 x 11.81 in). A fitting choice for stitchers drawn to a literary, vintage-postcard mood for a custom design, framed wall art, or a handmade gift.

What Does Fabric Count Mean?
Fabric count (ct, count, or mesh size) refers to the number of holes or squares per inch. The higher the count, the smaller and finer the stitches:
• 14 count (14ct, 14-count) - 14 holes/squares per inch (~5.5 per cm / 2.16 per inch)
• 16 count (16ct, 16-count) - 16 holes/squares per inch (~6.3 per cm / 2.5 per inch)
• 18 count (18ct, 18-count) - 18 holes/squares per inch (~7.1 per cm / 2.8 per inch)
• 20+ count - For advanced stitching with even finer detail
Choosing the Right Fabric
• Lower count fabrics (14ct-16ct) - Larger stitches, easier to work with, great for beginners.
• Medium count fabrics (18ct-22ct) - More detail, slightly smaller stitches, popular for advanced projects.
• Higher count fabrics (25ct-32ct) - Extremely fine detail, often used for evenweave and linen stitching with fractional stitches.
