Postage Stamp Snowman

I am still having trouble downloading this design. Customer service was very quick to respond, but the options given do not link up (Cross Stitch Platinum, Pattern Keeper and Paradise). I admit that I am not computer savvy, but even with help from my friends, I have been unsuccessful. My computer does not seem to recognize the format of . xsp.
