Bead-embroider Red petals with this Charivna Mit beadwork kit — an elongated petal shape in glossy red oval cabochons, accented with a small cluster of black pearls and a single green cabochon, with a trailing green beaded chain.

Why this kit: the felt pieces create a soft dimensional finish; the templates and stitch guide make the project approachable; the finished ornament or hoop art is easy to display or give as a handmade gift.

Kit includes: instruction chart, color pattern, Preciosa beads in 1 color, Crystal Art beads in 4 colors (5 sizes), felt in 1 color, wire in 1 color, a fastener, and a needle. Made in Ukraine. Backing cardboard, beading thread, and glue for mounting are sold separately.

Bead embroidery is worked by following the color pattern and stitching each bead onto the backing in the indicated position and shade, building up texture and shine bead by bead, with the wire supporting the dangling beaded chain. Once the beadwork is complete, mount it onto stiff backing cardboard (purchased separately) and attach the fastener to wear or gift.

Finished size: 7.5 x 7 cm (2.95 x 2.76 in). A relaxing beadwork project and an elegant handmade accessory for anyone who loves bold red jewelry.
