Create Rowan with this Charivna Mit beadwork kit — a cluster of green beaded leaves in two-tone shading above a bunch of glossy red berries, capturing the look of a rowan branch in late summer.

Why this kit: the felt pieces create a soft dimensional finish; the templates and stitch guide make the project approachable; the finished ornament or hoop art is easy to display or give as a handmade gift.

Kit includes: instruction chart, color pattern, Preciosa beads in 14 colors (9 sizes), Crystal Art beads in 1 color, gimp, rhinestone chain, felt, fastener, and a needle (cardboard backing, beading thread, and glue are needed but sold separately). Made in Ukraine.

Bead embroidery is worked by following the color scheme and stitching each bead onto the felt base in the indicated position and shade, building up texture and shine bead by bead, then mounting the piece onto cardboard for a firm base. Once complete, attach the brooch pin to wear or gift.

Finished size: 5x7 cm (1.97x2.76 in). A relaxing nature-inspired beadwork project and a lovely handmade gift for anyone who enjoys botanical jewelry.
