Stitch Preparing for the Holidays with this Charivna Mit counted cross-stitch kit — the design centers on a single ice skate wrapped with a red bow and a small decorated Christmas tree tucked into its boot, set against a snowy backdrop.

Why this hoop: it helps keep fabric controlled while stitching; the frame shape supports embroidery, cross stitch, needlepoint, and display work; the clean finish makes completed needlework easier to present.

Kit includes: instructions, color symbolic scheme, Aida 14 Zweigart fabric, Madeira floss in 20 colors, Preciosa Ornela beads (Czech Republic), and needles. Made in Ukraine. Hoop is not included.

Counted cross-stitch is worked by following the color chart and symbol key, placing each stitch on the marked Aida fabric with the indicated Madeira floss color, then adding the Preciosa beads to give the falling snow and ornaments their sparkle. Work section by section until complete, then mount in a hoop of your choice (not included) for a festive display piece.

Finished size: 10x13.5 cm (3.94x5.31 in). A small, fast-finishing project and a sweet handmade gift for skaters, winter-sport fans, or anyone decorating for the holidays.
