Stitch this poinsettia star with this Charivna Mit plastic canvas ornament kit — the die-cut star stitches up with gold scrollwork framing a red poinsettia center, its five points ringed by small stitched stars linked on curled copper wire.

Why this kit: the charted design gives stitchers a clear path to follow; the included or specified materials support detailed needlework; the finished piece is suitable for framing, seasonal decor, or gifting.

Kit includes: instructions, color symbol scheme, plastic canvas, Madeira cotton floss in 9 colors, one color of wire, one color of felt, and needles. Made in Ukraine.

Plastic canvas cross-stitch is worked by following the color symbol chart and stitching each square of the rigid mesh with the indicated floss color; because the canvas itself holds the shape, the wire curls to connect the small star points to the main star, and felt backs each piece for a finished look. Attach a hanging loop to display on the tree.

Finished size: 13 x 13 cm (5.12 x 5.12 in). A quick holiday project and a striking handmade tree ornament or gift.
