Felt Cudster with this Charivna Mit needle felting kit — the finished figure sits back on its haunches, golden-brown coat contrasting with dark brown ears and hooves, a cream muzzle, and a small pendant hanging from a cord around its neck.

Why this kit: the felt pieces create a soft dimensional finish; the templates and stitch guide make the project approachable; the finished ornament or hoop art is easy to display or give as a handmade gift.

Kit includes: color pattern, instruction chart, Corriedale wool in 4 colors, felting needles (2 pieces), wire, and a pipe cleaner. Made in Ukraine.

Needle felting is worked by layering small tufts of wool and repeatedly poking them with a barbed felting needle, which tangles the fibers together and gradually compacts and shapes them into a firm 3D form. Work section by section — body, head, and legs — following the included instructions, wiring the tail into its curl and adding the pendant once the base shape is felted.

Finished size: 5.12 x 3.35 in (13 x 8.5 cm). A quick, characterful 3D project and a charming handmade gift for an animal lover.
