The Crocus design comes together stitch by stitch in this Alisena kit — the image shows deep purple crocus blooms with orange stamens, green leaves, and a small bee, worked on an egg-shaped Zweigart canvas mounted on a wooden stick.

Why this kit: 27 Anchor colors capture the crocus petals' purple gradient and the bee's fine detail; the complete kit needs no extra floss or tools to begin; the stick mount is built for a planter or garden-style spring display rather than a wall frame.

Kit includes: Zweigart canvas, needle, Anchor cotton thread wound on an organizer card in 27 colors, and step-by-step instructions. Made in Ukraine.

Counted cross-stitch is worked by following the included instructions and placing each stitch on the marked Zweigart canvas with the indicated Anchor thread color. Work section by section until the design is complete, then set the finished egg on its wooden stick in a pot or spring floral arrangement.

Finished size: 8 x 10 cm (3.15 x 3.94 in). A quick early-spring project, ideal as Easter decor or a handmade gift for a gardener.
