Stitch Little Cat in a Grass, a printed needlepoint canvas by Orchidea — a tabby kitten with green eyes plays with a pink ball of wool among daisies and long grass.

A little stitcher's folklore: kittens start to play at around three weeks old, practising the pounces they would use to hunt.

Why this canvas: the full-colour print shows exactly where each shade goes, so there is no chart to count and you can simply relax and stitch.

Canvas includes: 100% cotton Zweigart 10-count canvas (40 holes per 10 cm) printed with the design in 14 colours, with the colour key printed on the canvas and a thread list for DMC, Anchor and Ariadna. Stitch used: half stitch. Threads, needle and frame are not included.

Match each printed colour to the thread list, then fill the canvas in half stitch, working the main shapes first and the background last.

Canvas size: 30×40 cm (11.8×15.7 in). A sweet gift for a cat lover.

    Cute

I changed some of the colors and yarn just to make it my own. My Great Niece lov it!
