A little stitcher's folklore: the original Tiffany window of this landscape is now in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.

Why this canvas: a reproduction of Louis Comfort Tiffany's stained-glass design printed in full colour on Zweigart canvas, so you can recreate its jewel-like colours stitch by stitch in the threads of your choice.

Canvas includes: 100% cotton Zweigart 10-count canvas (40 holes per 10 cm) printed with the design in 22 colours, with the colour key printed on the canvas and a thread list for DMC, Anchor and Ariadna. Stitch used: half stitch. Threads, needle and frame are not included.

Match each printed colour to the thread list, then fill the canvas in half stitch, working the main shapes first and the background last.

Canvas size: 15×15 cm (5.9×5.9 in). A jewel-bright art piece for a living room.

You get what you pay for, this is a printed canvas, the color distinction is not great and the two canvases came firmly folded which creates problems for stitching and weakens the canvas. I cannot speak to customer service because I did not use it.
