Stitch Landscape, a printed needlepoint canvas by Orchidea — tall trees arch over a still forest stream dotted with water lilies, sunlight glowing through the leaves.

A little stitcher's folklore: Peder Mørk Mønsted was a Danish painter celebrated for his sunlit forests and streams.

Why this canvas: a reproduction of Peder Mørk Mønsted's artwork printed in full colour on Zweigart canvas, so you can recreate the painting stitch by stitch in the threads of your choice.

Canvas includes: 100% cotton Zweigart 10-count canvas (40 holes per 10 cm) printed with the design in 22 colours, with the colour key printed on the canvas and a thread list for DMC, Anchor and Ariadna. Stitch used: half stitch. Threads, needle and frame are not included.

Work half stitch over the printed colours, matching each area to the colour key, starting with the darkest shades.

Canvas size: 40×60 cm (15.7×23.6 in). A peaceful art piece for a living room.
