Stitch Santa Claus, a latch hook cushion kit by Orchidea — a jolly Santa Claus with a sack over his shoulder, shaped to his outline.
A little stitcher's folklore: the modern red-suited Santa owes much to Thomas Nast's magazine drawings of the 1860s.
Why this kit: latch hook is relaxing and easy to learn, and the chunky pre-cut yarn builds a soft, shaggy pile quickly.
Kit includes: Zweigart canvas printed with the design (4.5-count), 100% acrylic pre-cut yarn in bundles in 16 colours, a latch hook tool, a chart and instructions. Technique: latch hook. The cushion back and pad are not included.
Knot each pre-cut strand onto the printed canvas with the latch hook, working row by row from the bottom so the pile lies neatly.
Finished size: 35×46 cm (13.8×18.1 in). A fun shaped cushion for the Christmas season.

I love the mesh. It is a nice tight weave unlike some of the other dealers. Their weave is to open and the rug does not fill in as well. Would definitely buy again.
