Stitch Christmas Tree, a cross stitch card kit by Orchidea — a decorated Christmas tree with presents beneath it stands among snowflakes on grey aida.
A little stitcher's folklore: the Christmas tree in Trafalgar Square is a gift from Norway every year.
Why this kit: the design fits a ready-made card with an aperture, so your stitching becomes a handmade card that can be kept and framed later.
Kit includes: grey Zweigart aida, Ariadna 6-strand cotton floss in 9 colours, a blank card, an envelope, a chart, instructions and a needle. Stitch used: cross stitch. The card mount frames the finished stitching, so no extra frame is needed.
Stitch the design from the centre, then mount the finished piece in the card and add your message.
Finished size: 10.5×15 cm (4.1×5.9 in). A festive handmade card for Christmas.
