Stitch Christmas Tree, a cross stitch card kit by Orchidea — a small Christmas tree with a golden star stands before a row of grey fir trees.
A little stitcher's folklore: the star on top of a Christmas tree stands for the Star of Bethlehem.
Why this kit: a small, quick project that turns into a personal greeting card, with everything including the envelope in the box.
Kit includes: light grey aida, 6-strand cotton floss in 8 colours, a blank card, an envelope, a chart, instructions and a needle. Stitch used: cross stitch. The card mount frames the finished stitching, so no extra frame is needed.
Stitch the design from the centre, then mount the finished piece in the card and add your message.
Finished size: 10.5×15 cm (4.1×5.9 in). A simple handmade card for Christmas.
