Bead Moon, a bead embroidery kit by Abris Art — a large full moon fills the canvas, its craters and seas mapped in gold, sand, bronze and charcoal beads, so it glows like the real moon on a clear night. Worked with over 7,000 Preciosa Ornela Czech glass beads.

A little stitcher's folklore: the full moon is the moon of abundance — old custom says to turn a coin in your pocket under it so your money will grow. Stitchers say a golden full moon on the wall brings fullness and plenty to the home.

Why this kit: if you love minimalist, celestial decor, this realistic moon is striking and modern. A satisfying project for confident beginners and experienced beaders, and a great gift for astronomy lovers.

Kit includes: natural art canvas pre-printed with the design, over 7,000 Preciosa Ornela Czech glass beads, a Japanese beading needle, a numbered key chart, and instructions in 8 languages. Beading thread, frame and hoop are not included.

Each bead is sewn onto its colour-marked spot on the printed canvas. Bead the dark seas first, then fill in the golden highlands and craters.

Finished size: 33×33 cm (12.99×12.99 in). Modern celestial wall art.
