Bead a Christmas fairy tale with Christmas Tale, a bead embroidery kit by Abris Art — a little snow-covered cottage with glowing windows sits among golden and white trees on top of a shining golden moon, with tiny stars dangling beneath it on a dark, snowy sky. Worked with over 6,950 Preciosa Ornela Czech glass beads in 20 colours, plus microbeads.
A little stitcher's folklore: there's a well-loved needlework omen — stitch a house and you'll have a home of your own — and a Christmas picture finished before the holidays brings the whole family home. Stitchers say a house on the moon is a wish that can't be too big.
Why this kit: if you love dreamy, magical Christmas decor, this golden moon is enchanting — it glows in the lights of the tree. It's a satisfying project for confident beginners and experienced beaders. A beautiful holiday gift.
Kit includes: natural art canvas pre-printed with the design, over 6,950 Preciosa Ornela Czech glass beads in 20 colours, Preciosa No. 13 microbeads and a microbead needle, a Japanese beading needle, a numbered key chart, and instructions in 8 languages. Beading thread, frame and hoop are not included.
Each bead is sewn onto its colour-marked spot on the printed canvas. Bead the golden moon first, then the cottage, trees and stars.
Finished size: 27×38 cm (10.63×14.96 in). Magical Christmas wall art and a thoughtful gift.
