Bead Spring Commotion, a bead embroidery kit by Abris Art — a green hummingbird hovers and a blue songbird perches among full pink peonies and bright orange, blue and green leaves on a teal background. Worked with over 6,810 Preciosa Ornela Czech glass beads.

A little stitcher's folklore: birds among blossoms are an old symbol of spring joy, and the peony is the flower of love and a happy home. Stitchers say this lively spring scene brings fresh energy and good news into the house.

Why this kit: if you love bright florals and birds, this design is bursting with life and colour. A rewarding project for confident beginners and experienced beaders, and a lovely gift for bird lovers and gardeners.

Kit includes: natural art canvas pre-printed with the design, over 6,810 Preciosa Ornela Czech glass beads, a Japanese beading needle, a numbered key chart, and instructions in 8 languages. Beading thread, frame and hoop are not included.

Each bead is sewn onto its colour-marked spot on the printed canvas. Bead the birds first, then the peonies and leaves.

Finished size: 24×30 cm (9.45×11.81 in). Vibrant spring wall art.
