The Exotic Beau Toucan Bead Embroidery Kit by Abris Art AB-949

Bead The Exotic Beau, a bead embroidery kit by Abris Art — a toucan with a glowing orange-and-yellow beak and glossy blue-black feathers perches on a branch among lush tropical leaves in green, violet and teal, with bright pink hibiscus blossoms. Worked with over 15,280 Preciosa Ornela Czech glass beads in 30 colours.

A little stitcher's folklore: in South American lore the toucan is a bird of good cheer and a messenger between worlds, and its bright beak is said to bring luck and happy conversation. Stitchers say a toucan on the wall fills the home with warmth and laughter.

Why this kit: if you love tropical colour, this toucan is a joyful burst of the jungle — 30 vivid shades to work with. A large, absorbing project for experienced beaders and ambitious beginners, and a fun gift for bird and travel lovers.

Kit includes: natural art canvas pre-printed with the design, over 15,280 Preciosa Ornela Czech glass beads in 30 colours, a Japanese beading needle, a numbered key chart, and instructions in 8 languages. Beading thread, frame and hoop are not included.

Each bead is sewn onto its colour-marked spot on the printed canvas. Bead the toucan first, then the flowers and tropical leaves.

Finished size: 27×39 cm (10.63×15.35 in). Vibrant tropical statement art.
