Forest Spirit Deer with Blossoms Bead Embroidery Kit by Abris Art AB-956

Bead Forest Spirit, a bead embroidery kit by Abris Art — a majestic deer head in teal, sea-green and white, with delicate pink cherry blossoms growing from its antlers, framed by an elegant geometric gold outline on a soft grey background. Worked with over 6,380 Preciosa Ornela Czech glass beads in 27 colours, plus Preciosa microbeads for fine detail.

A little stitcher's folklore: in Slavic and Celtic lore the deer is a sacred forest spirit that carries the sun and brings blessings, and antlers that blossom are a sign of spring's return. Stitchers say this forest spirit brings grace, renewal and gentle strength.

Why this kit: if you love modern, nature-inspired art, this blossoming deer is elegant and unique. A rewarding project for confident beginners and experienced beaders, and a beautiful gift.

Kit includes: natural art canvas pre-printed with the design, over 6,380 Preciosa Ornela Czech glass beads in 27 colours, Preciosa No. 13 microbeads with a microbead needle, a Japanese beading needle, a numbered key chart, and instructions in 8 languages. Beading thread, frame and hoop are not included.

Each bead is sewn onto its colour-marked spot on the printed canvas. Bead the deer's face first, then the antlers and blossoms, and finish with the gold outline.
