Christmas Lights Moose Ornament Bead Embroidery Kit by Abris Art ABT-014

Bead a two-sided Christmas ornament with Christmas Lights, a bead embroidery kit by Abris Art — on one side, a moose calf with milky-white antlers and a red cap wears a scarf strung with glowing lights on a green disc; on the reverse, a blue-and-white snowflake shines on a cocoa-brown disc. Worked with about 519 Preciosa Ornela Czech glass beads in 10 colours.

A little stitcher's folklore: in the far north, the moose is a symbol of strength and steady endurance through the long winter, and fairy lights on the tree echo the old custom of candles to chase away the darkest nights. Stitchers say a moose on the tree carries the family safely through winter.

Why this kit: if you love Scandinavian-style Christmas decor, this two-sided ornament looks great from every angle on the tree. It's a rewarding little project for beginners and a quick festive fix for experienced beaders. A charming gift or stocking stuffer.

Kit includes: a 16×10 cm art canvas printed with both sides of the design and a colour key, about 519 Preciosa Ornela Czech glass beads in 10 colours, beading needles, beading thread, padding, a decorative hanging ribbon, and instructions.

Each bead is sewn onto its marked spot on the printed canvas. When both sides are beaded, cut them out, join them over the padding and add the ribbon to hang.

Finished size: 6.6 cm (2.6 in) round, beaded on both sides. A handmade Christmas tree ornament and a lovely holiday gift.
