Bead Easter Bunny, a two-sided beaded Easter egg ornament kit by Abris Art — a sweet bunny with a pearly pink bow on one side and a bouquet of pink blooms on the other, on a white egg finished with a ribbon for hanging. Worked with over 602 Preciosa Ornela Czech glass beads in 9 colours.

A little stitcher's folklore: the Easter bunny began as the German "Osterhase", who brought decorated eggs to good children, and rabbits have long stood for new life and luck. Stitchers say an Easter bunny egg brings sweetness and joy to the spring.

Why this kit: if you love pretty pastel Easter decor, this bunny egg is charming and quick to make. Great for beginners and a lovely Easter basket gift for children.

Kit includes: natural art canvas pre-printed with both sides of the design, a second canvas for finishing, over 602 Preciosa Ornela Czech glass beads in 9 colours, a Japanese beading needle, beading thread, decorative filler, decorative ribbon, and instructions with a symbol key.

Bead both sides following the symbol key, then join them with the finishing canvas, fill lightly and add the ribbon hanger.

Finished size: about 7.5×5 cm (2.95×1.97 in). A keepsake Easter ornament.
