Dawn over the River Landscape Counted Cross-Stitch Kit by Abris Art AH-152

Stitch Dawn over the River, a large landscape counted cross-stitch kit by Abris Art — a golden sunrise breaks over a winding forest river, its light pouring through layers of blue, violet and green foliage and shimmering on the water. Worked on white 14-count cotton Aida in 56 colours of embroidery floss, it has the vivid, painterly feel of an impressionist canvas.

A little stitcher's folklore: an old saying holds that whatever you see at sunrise sets the tone for your whole day — and rivers, flowing ever onward, have always stood for life moving forward. Stitchers say a dawn over water on the wall keeps a home fresh, hopeful and never stuck.

Why this kit: if you want a true showpiece, this is it — 56 shades blend into glowing light and colour. It's a long, absorbing project for experienced stitchers or ambitious beginners, the kind you'll be proud to frame. A stunning gift for nature lovers.

Kit includes: white 14-count cotton Aida canvas, a cross stitch needle, 56 colours of cotton floss on an organizer card, a printed symbol chart, and instructions in 8 languages.

Counted cross stitch is worked by following the symbol chart and placing each cross on the Aida grid with the matching floss colour. Work section by section, from the bright sky down to the water and foliage.

Finished size: 28×38 cm (11.02×14.96 in). Striking landscape wall art for a living room or study.
