Stitch Magic House, a counted cross-stitch kit by Abris Art — a tall storybook cottage with a curling orange roof and round windows rises among pink and purple blossoming trees, with a little path leading to its door. Worked on 100% cotton Aida in 20 colours of floss, with glass beads for sparkle.

A little stitcher's folklore: there's a well-loved needlework omen — stitch a house and you'll have a home of your own. Stitch a magic house among blossoms, stitchers say, and it will be a happy one.

Why this kit: if you love fairy tales and whimsical architecture, this cottage is a delight — soft colours and lots of charming detail. It's a comfortable project for confident beginners. A lovely housewarming or new-home gift.

Kit includes: 100% cotton Aida canvas, a cross stitch needle, 20 colours of embroidery floss on an organizer, glass beads and a beading needle, a printed symbol chart, and instructions in 8 languages.

Counted cross stitch is worked by following the symbol chart and placing each cross on the Aida grid with the matching floss colour. Stitch the cottage and trees, then add the beads.

Finished size: 27×30 cm (10.63×11.81 in). Whimsical wall art and a thoughtful housewarming gift.
