Stitch Night Guest, a counted cross-stitch kit by Abris Art — a fluffy blue-grey cat sits gazing up at a silver crescent moon, surrounded by pale flowers and scattered stars on a deep navy night. Worked on 100% cotton Aida in 27 colours of floss, with glass beads for starlight.

A little stitcher's folklore: cats were long believed to see the spirit world and to guard the house at night, and a wish made on a crescent moon grows as the moon does. Stitchers say a moon-gazing cat keeps watch while you sleep.

Why this kit: if you love cats and night skies, this dreamy design is a joy to stitch, with soft fur and glowing stars. It's a comfortable project for confident beginners. A lovely gift for cat lovers and night owls.

Kit includes: 100% cotton Aida canvas, a cross stitch needle, 27 colours of embroidery floss on an organizer, glass beads and a beading needle, a printed symbol chart, and instructions in 8 languages.

Counted cross stitch is worked by following the symbol chart and placing each cross on the Aida grid with the matching floss colour. Stitch the cat first, then the moon, flowers and starry sky.

Finished size: 22×32 cm (8.66×12.6 in). Dreamy bedroom decor and a thoughtful gift.
